To assist us in meeting our objectives, MyChild™ has developed a national network of individuals, professionals, groups, organizations, and agencies who specialize in serving those touched by cerebral palsy, Erb’s palsy, and other special needs. We provide our clients and others in need with access to this ever expanding network of resources on cerebral palsy, special education, assistive technology, benefits and funding sources, support groups, community services, and government programs, just to name a few.
To serve the needs of our clients and others seeking assistance, we many times will affiliate with lawyers who specializing in birth injury, and professional liability. Many other legal issues obviously arise in this challenging arena, which many times require referral to lawyers in other specialties, including SSI, wills and trusts, special needs trusts, guardianship, and even divorce and bankruptcy. We are always searching for professionals whom share our vision and commitment to serve the needs of challenged children and their families.
