Support comes in many forms. From having a friend, or a relative, that can lend a helping hand or a helpful ear, to securing financial support from the government or non-profit groups, identifying means of support when times are difficult makes life easier.
On the surface, it seems as though sources of support are everywhere, but as parents eventually learn, not all methods of assistance are available for every situation. Also, many adults experience anxiety when asking for support, even when they are justified in doing so. It is at these times when it helps to remember that family and friends appreciate the opportunity to help, and organizations exist to assist.
When health and wellness are at stake, however, asking for support is an easy decision to make.
