Morning Sickness

For the lucky ones, you may never experience morning sickness during a pregnancy. For most people though, morning sickness will make your pregnancy a little harder and less enjoyable. Usually, morning sickness will go away after your first trimester, but there are steps to help control it. What do (or did) you do to help control morning sickness? What are things to avoid?
